This variety of mandarin produces a large-size fruit with a reddy-orange skin. It produces abundant and sweet flavoured juice as well as organic acids. The skin is tight to the pulp.
Clemenvilla
A heavy-on-the-stomach type of mandarin as a consequence of its high bitter-sweet juice content. Medium to large in size with a reddy skin. These mandarins are said to heighten the senses and are best eaten fresh due to their tasty, juicy and consistent pulp qualities.

Ortanique
These are the last to ripen. They are medium to large and have a slightly squashed appearance. The skin of this variety of mandarin is rough and sticks tightly to the pulp making it difficult to peel. It contains a lot of sweet flavoured juice.
